Hey Guys,

Who hear likes ASMR? If you have headphones, you’re going to want to wear them for this video! Really excited to share this with you guys because cooking in the kitchen is one of those special activities that I like to do in my own space to relax. What things do you like to do to relax, do you meditate, listen to music, or have you tried waking up with yoga in the mornings?

I never really thought about why cooking was so therapeutic for me, but I realized washing my ingredients, cutting vegetables, and coming up with different flavor combinations is so calming for me. The sound of the water coming out of the sink, the sound of oil in the pan, and one of my favorites the sound of a knife cutting veggies! Where are my ASMR lovers?

On the channel I try to experiment with new ideas, talk about different topics, and I sometimes take creative risks with what I share. In life you learn to take chances and we can learn to use failure as a way to inspire new ideas. I take the same risks here with you guys because I know that no matter what I will have your support as long as I stay true to myself, continue to learn grow as a human being, and bring positivity to the community that each one has come together to create here!

This community has brought me so much inspiration, confidence, and I hope that each & every person that is a part of this community feels the same way! Dinner Ingredients:

2 Servings:

– Organic Salmon Fillet
– Olive Oil
– Salt
– Pepper
– 1 Whole Sweet Potatoes
– Haricots Verts
– Garlic Powder
– 1 tsp Grass-fed Butter

Lunch:

– 1 piece of Romaine Salad
– 1 cup of Chickpeas
– 2 tbsp Crunchy Chickpeas
– 1 red bell pepper
– ½ cup cut cucumber
– Organic small tomatoes
– Olives with garlic
– Dressing: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, ½ Lemon, salt, pepper

Breakfast:
– 1 cup Paleonola – Granola
– 1 Banana
– 1 cup organic strawberries
– ½ cup Blueberries
– 1 cup Oatly Oatmilk
