MY GOALS + CURRENT CONDITION

For those of you who follow my page, you know I like to show you the real me and how we all have imperfections.
This is a 360 view of me. It’s not the perfectly timed photo and it’s filter free

In the past I’ve done photoshoots of me being really lean and I don’t want to use them as I don’t look like that anymore, I can’t sustain that physique so I don’t want to promote it.

I have a photoshoot with Ian Barclay on Sunday and I haven’t done any cutting or any dieting for the perfect image. I’m going in as the everyday LC; the one who was munching dominos pizza last weekend, guilt free!!

My calories are currently ranging between 2500-1700 per day depending on what I’m up to and how I am feeling. I follow an 80/20 rule. Eating 80% whole foods and 20% treats. I weight train 4 times a week, 1 one HIIT Class for my Female Fitness Program and 3 walks.

This has been sustainable for me, I feel great and I no longer critique my body. I want this photoshoot to portray me as healthy; mentally and physically.
